According to Theboombox Drake just can’t seem to stop winning. After putting the music world on notice with his impromptu album release, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, the man behind the rags-to-riches anthem “Started From The Bottom” is apparently in talks with Appleto secure a $19 million deal.

The new plan seems to compete with Pandora, Spotify and YouTube, but incorporate similar services to create one destination for users, the New York Postreports. While Drake appears to be on the hush musically as of late — aside from taking a swing at Fetty Wap’s “My Way” record — a deal like this proves he’s not being stagnant at all.

According to Theboombox , the big wigs at Apple have been making the rounds at various record labels in search of top-tier talent willing to help them launch their new streaming service. Drizzy is one of those artists. Apple has allegedly offered him upwards of $19 million to appear as a guest DJ on iTunes Radio, among other plans the company has in store.

Other stars who are said to have been courted by the tech giant are Pharrell and David Guetta, which is a sign that Apple is not taking this new venture lightly and plans to pull out all the stops possible to ensure its success.

This news comes a little more than a week before the World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC) is set to take place in San Francisco on June 8, during which Apple is expected to show its hand and introduce Apple Music to the world. While details on the service are still scant, what we do know is that Apple plans to offer a three-month free trial to perspective customers and it will be $10 a month.
